Hammils
Hammils, the fine dining restaurant at the Watermill Hotel, derives its name from the fast flowing waterfall on the White Cart Water which you can watch from the dining room windows.
There are reminders of the building's past throughout the restaurant, including the heavy old water wheels.
The restaurant is home to Paisley's favourite Sunday carvery as well as your Scottish breakfast, It also hosts wedding celebrations and great Christmas parties.
