A roast a day!

Thanks to a successful nationwide hunt, we are now the proud owners of a magnificent antique carvery trolley, from which we serve Chef Fred’s roast of the day. Check with reception for the nightly special but the chances are very good that it will be succulent roast gammon, beef or a cracking piece of roast pork.
